Celebrating 10 Years at PEP

This month, we’re proud to celebrate the 10-year work anniversaries of two valued members of the PEP team — Kayleigh Thompson and Dan Pearson.

Over the past decade, both Kayleigh and Dan have grown with the business, developing their careers while helping PEP adapt to an ever-changing energy market.

Kayleigh joined PEP as an Energy Consultant and has progressed to Commercial Manager, becoming one of the familiar faces of PEP through client support, events, and networking. Her passion for helping customers reduce energy costs remains as strong as ever.

Reflecting on her journey, Kayleigh said:

“I think one word that sums up my 10 years at PEP is ‘proud’. I’m proud to work for such an ethical energy consultancy with a forward-thinking approach to the energy industry and our customers. I’m proud to work with such a dedicated and skilled team, and proud of myself for sticking with the industry through the tough times to achieve 10 years in the business. Here’s to the next 10 years!”

Dan’s journey has been equally impressive, progressing from Apprentice to Finance Manager and Senior Energy Analyst. His role now combines strategic energy procurement for clients with financial reporting and business insight.

Dan said:
